Returns and Refunds 

In the event that a product is unwanted, damaged or faulty it can be returned within 28 days as long as its in a re-saleable condition and in the original packing. Anything outside of this period will not be accepted as a return.

Any items you wish to return must have a returns no. which can be obtained by contacting us. Failure to provide a returns no. prior to package being received may result in refund being delayed or not accepted.

Buyer will be responsible for return postage cost and must be able to provide a tracking reference, please note this will not be included in refund.

All refunds are subject to a 20% restocking charge and any refund will be issued once the item has been received and checked.

Any goods must not have been installed.

When returning an unwanted item, the Buyer must also include a copy of the original invoice or the invoice number with the company details and make sure the item is packaged correctly to avoid damage in transit.

If a part is suspected to be faulty this will need to be notified as soon after failure as possible by contacting us where we will provide a returns no. Full inspection will be carried out on any items deemed to be faulty. Any replacements and/ or refunds will be subject to the warranty period as listed with the part purchased.

If it is found that the returned part is not faulty due to it being damaged or the problem has been caused by incorrect installation/misuse etc a refund or replacement will not be issued, item will either be returned or disposed of if requested.

If any items are returned with missing parts, the cost of these parts will be deducted from any refund or credit note.

Refunds will be issued via the same method of payment used to place the order.

Special orders gaskets and seals are a non-returnable product and therefore exempt from our refund policy.
